 Traumatic Incident Reduction

Posttraumatic stress can affect anyone that has experienced a traumatic event. Not everyone that has experienced trauma will be affected long term. However, for those that live with the long term effects of PTSD there is help.

Traumatic Incident Reduction is a SAMHSA National Registry of Evidenced-based Programs and Practices approved technique (that means it has been proven to work!). I has been proven effective in clearing a person's repressed traumas in as few as one or two sessions with no return to trauma-based thinking or blocking.

A relationship is an investment that will build as you continue to devote your time and effort into it. The more you put into it the more you will get back.

A strong, healthy relationship can be one of the best supports to your life. Good relationships improve all aspects of your life, strengthening your health, your mind, your spirit, and your connections with others. On the other hand, if your relationship is not working, it can be a tremendous drain on you and can cause huge upheavals.

If your romantic relationship is less than you need and want, or even if it is on the rocks, there are steps you can take to repair trust and rebuild a satisfying and meaningful connection with your partner. A healthy, rewarding relationship can improve your life in every aspect and make life more fulfilling.

Elders, Disabled, and Caregivers

Aging is an inevitable part of life. What is not inevitable is the depression that sometimes comes with aging. Depression is not a normal part of aging, but affects many older adults and the disabled.

There can be many struggles with aging or disability including health problems, the loss of friends and loved ones, the loss of independence, and having to make difficult decisions about the future. We are here to help you through this difficult time in your life through counseling, support, and guidance.

Our therapists are experienced with elders and caregivers and provide the counseling and guidance you need to feel happier and enjoy your later years to their fullest.

We also offer counseling and support services to caregivers that might be caring for their aging or disabled loved ones. We can provide the support, guidance, and reassurance that you need to feel more confident about caring for your aging or disabled loved one. Since self-care is so vital for caregivers and has benefits that can be felt by the ones you care for each day, we offer self-care and mindfulness coaching for caregivers.
